Sony Ericsson Live With Walkman Overview
LG Optimus EX
LG’s new smartphone goes official, the LG Optimus EX. The new Android smartphone is packed with NVIDIA’s upgraded 1.2GHz Tegra 2 chip, making the Optimus EX the first to ship with the new upgraded Tegra 2. The new processor will now allow the device to play 1080p video, which is one of the compelling features of Samsung’s popular Galaxy S II Android smartphone.
118.0mm x 63.4mm x 9.65mm and weighing 127 grams, the smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz nVidia Tegra 2 processor, which is combined with an ULP GeForce (AP25) GPU, the Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, and a 4-inch WVGA IPS 700-nit NOVA display. Available in Black, Sliver, White and Champagne Gold, the LG Optimus EX also offers a 5-megapixel AutoFocus camera with 1080p video recording capabilities. Additional specs include a microSD card slot for storage expansion of up to 32GB, a 1GB of RAM, an 8GB of ROM, and a 1,500mAh battery.
The handset will supposedly run Android 2.3 along with the support for usuals like WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0. And that’s where the specifications list ends.

LG Revolution
Your Mobile Site has recently had the opportunity to play around a little bit with the LG Revolution. It’s a fairly nice phone, that we feel hasn’t gotten enough attention in the media as of yet. It deserves more… so we’re giving it some!
The Revolution is a much anticipated phone, even though it is not quite as high end as the recently released Samsung Galaxy S2 and the HTC Sensation. But it comes pretty close. Read our review and make up your mind about the LG Revolution yourself!
LG Revolution’s specs
It runs Android 2.2, but it can be updated to Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It supports an LTE 4G connection through Verizon. It has a 5 megapixel camera, which is nothing special in and of itself. But it stands out in the fact that it can record 720p HD video. Now that’s quite an accomplishment for a phone like that.
It has 16GB internal memory storage, but this can be expanded with microSD cards. The 1.3 megapixel front camera can be used for video calling. The 4.3” touch screen display makes it one of the biggest display phones out there, right on par with the Galaxy S2 and the Sensation.
It runs a 1GHz Snapdragon MSM8655 processor. That means no dual core. And this is why LG’s Revolution smartphone doesn’t quite make it into the high end category. Everybody knows dual cores have smoother interface responses.
LG Revolution Review
For starters, we are glad to see that the display takes up such a large part of the phone. That’s how all new phones ought to be designed, in our opinion. It’s the modern way to go.
Not only are we happy with the screen size, we also like the general dimensions of this phone. It is 128 mm long and 67 mm wide. It’s about 13 mm thick, which is not the thinnest we’ve ever seen. But it’s alright.
The internal memory of the LG Revolution is fairly large. At 16GB, there are plenty of other phones that the LG Revolution leaves behind. The external memory adds to the memory awesomeness of the Revolution significantly. You can stuff a 32GB external memory card in there for a total of 48GB storage space. Pretty impressive.
At 5 megapixels, the camera is lagging behind with regards to the competition. But the video that you can record with the Revolution is fairly impressive. IntoMobile has put up a YouTube video that shows off the Revolution’s recording abilities. You should check it out:
The processor is a 1GHz single core Snapdragon CPU. We can clearly tell the difference between single core and dual core user interface responsiveness. No single core smartphone comes close to the user friendly experience of any dual core smartphone. But still, the LG Revolution responds fairly quickly. There isn’t at all that much bloatware installed on it.
There is a 1500mAh battery under the Revolution’s hood. The battery life certainly isn’t bad. Your phone will easily last a few days, even when you use it on a frequent basis.
It is too bad that the Revolution is running Android 2.2, which is now antique by software standards. LG has promised that a 2.3 update is quickly coming. We’re looking forward to it; it would do this phone a lot more justice.
This is also not the lightest phone we’ve ever had our hands on. We’re not sure what makes the phone relatively heavy. But its weight is not a deal breaker. Even the most frequent caller will still carry their smartphone around in the pocket more often than not.
Overall, we’re very enthusiastic about the LG Revolution. At the price point of less than $250, many people are going to be very interested in this awesome LG smartphone!

Nokia W6-00 Communicator
With Windows Phone Mango so close to launch, it’s time to see some concepts with this OS on board… Among them we find the Nokia W6-00 Communication, a device that’s created by Patrick Walters and pictured below.
This nifty slider comes with a 4 row QWERTY keyboard, the usual WP7 buttons and the classic Windows Phone interface. I’m guessing that a 3.7 to 4 inch display is available here, plus the typical quality Nokia keyboard (thinking about the E7 here). Nevermind that this is closer to a drawing/sketch than a Photoshop work, the idea is solid.
Any suggestions on how to make this device even cooler? Maybe with a powerful camera, an original sliding mechanism and a special Nokia UI for Mango OS?

Nokia 900 First Nokia Phone With 720p Display?!
What we have right here is a leak of a mockup of a potential Nokia 900 sketch, so this is not to be taken for authentic… This is supposed to be among the first Windows Phone 7 units from Nokia and maybe it’s the Sea Ray model I’ve been hearing so much about.
Daily Mobile quotes a reliable source that’s behind this pic, that mentions a 4 inch Corning Gorilla Glass with CBD AMOLED technology behind it and a fast 1.5GHz dual core processor. Strangely enough this is supposed to be a 720p display, a trend that I’ve been seeing on the latest Samsung, Motorola and LG leaked devices.
At the back there’s a 12 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, a dedicated shutter key and 1080p video capture at 30 fps. Swipe gestures are integrated into the OS, probably left over from MeeGo… As far as connectivity goes, you get Bluetooth 3.0, USB 3.0, WiFi b/g/n, NFC and GPS. 4 loudspeakers, a Windows Phone button and 32GB of internal memory complete the ideal hardware list.
Expect an estimated 500 euro price tag before taxes and a debut in Q1 2012.

Nokia 902 MeeGo
Some people really loved the top and bottom edges of the Nokia X7 model and would like to see more devices like that. Well a spin and tweak to this design has been done with shihuzaan, who created the Nokia 902 MeeGo concept phone shown in the following images and published by Mynokiablog.
Combining the traits of leaked Windows Phone models made by Nokia and the X7 we got this unit, that runs MeeGo, in the vanilla version. This is a high end model, considering the name and we learn that it comes with a 12 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and autofocus, a high resolution 4 inch display and 1.2 GHz dual core processor and GPU.
This unit is a mere 9.2mm thick, which is very impressive for a Nokia smartphone, even a modern one. Having tested the X7, I have to say that I hope to see similar designs in the future and maybe those edges will hold speakers this time, as it was believed originally and not only have 4 corner grilles for nothing…

Nokia 950 Windows Phone
Alberto Pietrobon decided to borrow the Nokia E6 design and implement Windows Phone on it, for a result that easily fits in the touch and type segment. What came out was the Nokia 950 concept phone, possibly featuring Mango OS and giving us a QWERTY keyboard to interact with.
What’s interesting is that the wide display of the Nokia E6 allows us to use 3 columns of WP7 tiles and under the display it’s easy to spot those classic Windows Phone buttons. It would be nice if the diagonal were more than 2.46 inches to be honest… and maybe this model fits rather in the 700 Series than the 900… just saying!
The specs are a mystery and they’re up to the reader to decide, so we might go classic here, with a single core 1GHz CPU, 512MB of RAM, 8/16GB of storage and a 5MP camera. Would Windows Phone be as usable and nifty looking on a smaller screen?

Curved Screen Nokia Symbian Belle Unit Looks Very Hot
Before you’re intrigued as to why I’m posting this, let me make this clear: this device is a concept used by Nokia in a video to showcase the NFC abilities of its handsets. Thus, don’t expect the best of design here, just a simplistic unit with a very rounded form factor.
This is a Symbian Belle Nokia model with a curved screen that was spotted in a video running on a Nokia 700, that was demoed recently. This seems to continue the trend started with the Nokia N9, just like the N8 opened the road for devices to follow it. One must also notice that the call/end/menu keys are capacitive, which is certainly new to the world of Symbian.
There’s a speculation that this is actually a qHD display handset, the N8-01, if there is such a thing out there. Also in this leak there’s an interesting service called Nokia AirCloud, making us think of a future solution for working in the cloud entirely, maybe some backup, maybe some Google Docks style action?

Nokia W7 Handset Runs Mango OS, Features 4.2 Inch AMOLED Display
Here we are again, yet again with a Nokia Windows Phone device that runs Mango OS. This time it’s a model created by Deviantart user Larmthe4, who shows us a Nokia concept phone with a 4.2 inch AMOLED HD multitouch display, a 1GHz CPU and 768MB of RAM.
The Mango OS smartphone packs 576MB of ROM, 16GB of internal memory and a Carl Zeiss 12 megapixel camera with dual LED flash. Nokia W7 looks extremely skinny and bundles innovative ports such as a microUSB 3.0 and mini HDMI. This model measures 9.8mm in thickness, weighs 142 grams and adopts a curvy look, that’s the most modern industrial phone design nowadays.
There’s also a camera button on board and the classic WP7 interface with a touch of Mango and the novelty it brings. Till we get to see the real and first Windows Phone 7.5 handsets, concepts such as the Nokia W7 remain a landmark in the handset segment. Will the Nokia Sea Ray look anything like this? What do you say?

HP iPAQ Data Messenger
The Data Messenger is the second of HP's latest duo of Windows Mobile based handsets, but whereas the Voice Messenger is for those who want a device that's a phone first and smartphone second, the Data Messenger is an all out smartphone from top to bottom.
One of the big differences between the Data Messenger and its smaller sibling is that this one has a slide out keyboard which puts it in direct competition with the likes of the HTC S740 and Sony Ericsson's much hyped Xperia X1. That's some serious competition to go up against, so the question is does the Data Messenger have what it takes to challenge those two big hitters?
The HP is a much larger and wider than those two main rivals with the result that it looks slightly dated and feels quiet chunky to hold. That said, HP has tried to add a bit of pizzazz to the styling, by opting for a dark navy, glossy finish. The front of the device is obviously dominated by the screen, but beneath this there are two long and thin call/answer and hang up buttons, plus two touch buttons - one acts as the dedicated Windows key and the other as the OK button.
Nestled between these four buttons lies the d-pad, or rather the optical controller that simulates a normal d-pad. Rather than having clickable buttons for up, down, left and right, there's a small camera in the centre of the pad that responds to the direction in which you glide your finger or thumb over it. It didn't work particularly well on the Voice Messenger, and the situation wasn't helped by the fact that it was the phone's sole controller as that model lacks a touchscreen. For some reason the one on this device is much more responsive and much more accurate. It's also a tad faster to use than a clickable pad when scrolling through long lists, such as names in your contacts book. Plus, if you don't like it at least here you can carry out most functions using the touchscreen instead.

Samsung Galaxy S2
The Samsung Galaxy S2 is out in the open a day early - specs, photo, the whole shebang. A Korean website slipped up and we now know everything about the next-gen droid, plus info on the Galaxy Tab 2, which reportedly will be 10-inch this time around.
The Samsung I9100 Galaxy S II has grown a bigger screen, another core and somehow gotten thinner in spite of all that. The phone runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread on a 1GHz dual-core processor.
The Galaxy S2 screen has a 4.3” diagonal. The phone is just 8.49mm thick and weighs 116 grams. The photo on the left also leaked and the S2 looks just like we expected it to.
The connectivity specs of the Samsung Galaxy S2 are very curious - “4G” (actually HSPA+), Wi-Fi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0+HS. The 802.11a standard uses the 5GHz band rather than the more common 2.4GHz so perhaps the WLAN radio of the Galaxy S2 will be dual-band for the other protocols too. There's also Bluetooth 3.0+HS, which should support 24Mbps data transfers (unlike the non-HS BT3.0, which as we found brings no speed improvement at all).
Update: We just got a tip that the screen of the Galaxy S2 will be curved, much like the one on the Google Nexus S. We found that to be a pretty nice feature so it makes us all the more eager to take the S2 for a spin.
As for the tablet, it’s the Galaxy Tab successor - a 10.1” Honeycomb tablet, with dual-core 1GHz CPU, 8MP camera with FullHD video capture and stereo speakers.
One final bit of info was in the leaked article - version 2.0 of Samsung’s Bada OS is getting launched at the MWC as well.
Motorola Pax BlackBerry killer
Yes, BlackBerry-killer is always a little dubious label, because just because a device has a keyboard or the same form factor such as a BlackBerry, does not replace nor long it it. When I talk about BlackBerry form factor but, know everyone just what meant is.
Under the Domino +, it should be here so the Motorola Pax go what exactly has this typical BlackBerry form factor. The device will be probably to have Sprint in the US system operator and to be powered by a dual-core processor.
There is no more information unfortunately still and as is so often is so far completely unclear whether Motorola will sometimes bring at least this Smartphone of kind of to Europe. The last model with similar form factor, which you can buy in this country, is the Motorola Pro.

Nokia WP7 QWERTY Phone
Nokia announced its tie up with Microsoft to produce Windows Phone 7 handsets with Nokia's hardware a few months ago, and the first Nokia WP7 device is expected by the end of this year (Q4). While nobody has any clue as to what device it could be, assumptions are already being made as to what Nokia could offer. For the time being it seems like the first device would be a basic touchscreen slab; very typical of the WP7 platform.
The Windows Phone 7 platform has a couple of QWERTY phones, though not as much as you would find in Android. If latest reports are to be believed, Nokia could be preparing a Windows Phone handset with a similar form factor. This info comes from an event held by Nokia a couple of days ago, where a company representative disclosed the company's plans to snatch the business smartphone market, which is almost dominantly held by RIM's BlackBerry. Though the representative did not directly confirm a QWERTY WP7 device by Nokia, it is almost clear that Nokia could have it all planned.
2011 will be a very busy year for Nokia with a couple of flagships to be launched, not to mention the launch of the company's first WP7 handset. The company is holding a Nokia Connection event on June 21st, where the company will supposedly show off some new Symbian Anna handsets, and probably announce the WP7 phone that has been talked about for quite a long time now.

Upcoming Samsung preparing a 2GHz dual-core smartphone for 2012
Hump in the back, the Galaxy is easier Ariel Category where the phone and you only have a 2.3 Honda, then I might think about upgrading cos it’s quite slow actually see, because now a lot of Quad cores. The phone is great, but not in PCs, the main war is very old technology, just because you make it small enough for a phone that makes it slow to come to the phone.

While there's some talk in the press that the government could block AT&T's planned $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile, it's simply not likely thanks to AT&T's massive campaign contributions (they're the top campaign contributor among all companies since 1990) -- and the fact they're deeply integrated into our domestic surveillance practices. State approval is rolling along ahead of FCC and DOJ approval, with the Louisiana Public Service Commission voting 4-1 not to stand in the way of the deal -- stating "the proposed acquisition has received overriding support locally, as is evidence by the diverse number of groups and officials who are in support." Unmentioned is the fact that while there may be some authentic support for the deal, the vast majority of groups breathlessly admiring the deal's supposed benefits are doing so because they take cash from AT&T.
Samsung launching Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G on July 28
The Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G, available with either a white or dark gray plastic back, will sell through Verizon (with a two-year 4G contract) for $529.99 for the 16-gigabyte model and $629.99 for the 32-gigabyte model, said Ken Muche, a Verizon spokesman.
The wi-fi-only version of the 16-gigabyte model sells for $499.99 while the wi-fi-only 32-gigabyte version sells for $599.99.
Without a 2-year 4G-LTE data plan, the carrier will sell the 4G-capable Galaxy Tab 10.1 at iPad-3G-matching prices that are $100 more than than with a contract -- $629.99 for the 16-gigabyte model and $729.99 for the 32-gigabyte model, Verizon's website said.
Meanwhile, some owners of the Motorola Xoom tablet may be feeling a bit burned right about now. The Xoom went on sale through Verizon in February with 3G connectivity and the promise of a soon-to-come free 4G-LTE upgrade from Motorola and Verizon (which will eventually require Xoom owners to mail in their tablets to get 4G antennas installed).

Apple record iPhone and iPad sales, largest revenues
Apple has reported a record number of iPhones and iPad sales in the second quarter of 2011, powering revenues of $28.6 billion, also a record.
Brian White, an analyst with Ticonderoga Securities, simply used the word "wow" in the title of a note to his clients.
"Apple deliver[ed] nothing short of a blowout performance," White said in that note on Tuesday.
Apple's revenues were the fourth consecutive quarter over the $20 billion mark, and represented an 82% increase over the same period last year.
The $28.6 billion in revenue was significantly higher than Wall Street's average projection of $25 billion, and beat the company's conservative estimate three months ago of just $23 billion by 24%.
Profits were $7.31 billion, yet another record for a quarter, up 125% from the same quarter of 2010.
"They knocked it out of the park," Brian Marshall, an analyst with Gleacher & Co., told Computerworld after Apple's earnings call on Tuesday. "They just crushed it."
Marshall, other analysts and Apple executives all pointed to iPhone and iPad sales as the driving forces for the record quarter.
"The quarter was driven by dramatic growth in iPhone and iPad sales," Peter Oppenheimer, Apple's chief financial officer, said during the conference call.
Apple sold 20.3 million iPhones, up 142% over the same period last year and a 9% increase over the first quarter of 2011, which was the previous record. On a revenue basis, the iPhone's contribution was 46.6% of total revenues, more than two-and-a-half times that of the Mac or over twice that of the iPad.
What impressed Ezra Gottheil, an analyst with Technology Business Research, wasn't simply the strong iPhone sales, but that Apple was able to maintain its high margin on the smartphone and sell more than 20 million during the quarter even though it didn't release a new model last month, as it has done in three out of the last four years.
"The ASP [average sales price] of the iPhone hasn't moved noticeably at all, which surprised me," Gottheil said. "They keep building and building them, but the ASP doesn't move."
Apple's decision to push back the launch of the next iPhone to this fall -- most experts have pegged September as the most likely month -- didn't hurt sales of the current model, Gottheil also noted.
Meanwhile, Apple sold 9.2 million iPads, nearly triple the number it sold in the same quarter last year and almost double the 4.7 million it sold in the first three months of 2011.
Apple launched the iPad 2 in mid-March, just weeks before the start of the second quarter, and only recently has been able to meet demand, and then only in some markets.

Motorola's Droid 3
The Droid 3, available now from Verizon Wireless, is the third phone to follow in the footsteps of Motorola's original Droid device. That first Droid set the standard for today's army of Android phones, and -- with the aid of its memorable marketing campaign -- helped turned "Android" into a household word.
The Droid 3 has a 4-inch, 960 x 540 LCD screen -- noticeably larger than the 3.7-inch, 854 x 480 displays on the previous Droid devices. The display is crisp and brilliant, with rich colors and true-to-life representation. While I might give a slight edge to Samsung's Super AMOLED Plus technology, I have no qualms about the quality of the Droid 3's screen, and I suspect most users won't, either.
The face of the Droid 3 slides sideways to reveal a newly designed five-row QWERTY keyboard. The keyboard, which features a top row dedicated exclusively to numbers, is a pleasure to type on: The keys are nicely spaced out and have a soft, rubber-like feel, and the sliding keyboard mechanism has a satisfying snap that sturdily holds the panel in position. If you like using a physical keyboard on your phone, you won't be disappointed.
Motorola's Droid 3 has a more rounded and less angular look than the Droid and Droid 2 before it. A power button is centered along the phone's top edge, with a headphone jack at the right; a charging port and HDMI port sit along the phone's left side, and a volume rocker lives on the right-hand side of the device. There's also an LED indicator on the phone's face that flashes to alert you of missed calls or new messages -- a nice touch absent in many other current devices.

Apple to sell contract-free to sell contract-free
The latest, courtesy of a story from Boy Genius Report today, has Apple selling a contract-free, $350 iPhone 3GS for the prepaid customer segment. The report also said the next iPhone, which may or may not feature a radical design, will be coming out or announced "by the end of summer, late August-ish."
An Apple representative wasn't immediately available to comment on the validity of the report.
Apple has been looking at ways to expand its potential base of customers and cement its leadership role in the smartphone world. The company has already expanded its distribution with the addition of Verizon Wireless as a carrier partner. But Apple wants to go after the burgeoning prepaid market, one of the few areas of customer growth still left in the wireless industry.
The move comes as Google's Android platform steadily overtakes Apple for smartphone supremacy. The free software is already used by a number of handset manufacturers, allowing it to tackle both the low and high ends of the market.

HTC faces an uncertain future.
HTC's fate up in the air
The Taiwanese company, which makes a number of very popular smartphones including several Android OS models, is feeling the impact of an administrative law judge's initial ruling for the U.S. International Trade Commission last week, which found HTC in violation of two of Apple's patents. HTC's stock in retreated more than 4 percent on the Taiwan Stock Exchange to its lowest level in six months, Bloomberg reported today. While an administrative law judge's initial decision doesn't represent a death blow, it doesn't bode well for the final decision. If the six-member ITC panel agrees with the judge's decision, it could impose an embargo preventing the importation of HTC smartphones.
HTC has vowed to fight the decision and plans to appeal before a final ruling is made.
When the judge's ruling was made public last week, Apple responded by referring back to its initial statement in March 2010 when the first complaint was filed.
"We think competition is healthy, but competitors should create their own original technology, not steal ours," Apple CEO Steve Jobs said in the release at the time.
Giving HTC some hope is its recent decision to acquire S3 Graphics for $300 million. S3 holds crucial patents that an ITC administrative law judge had determined in an initial ruling that Apple was violating.
While investors initially lambasted HTC's decision to acquire S3--criticizing the fact that HTC Chairwoman Cher Wang was a shareholder in S3--the patents will be invaluable if the ITC decides to favor Apple.
Foss Patents, a software patent blog, has an interesting--if somewhat complex--graphic illustrating HTC and Apple's respective patent positions.
In positions where both companies own valuable intellectual property, a settlement is typically reached, especially if the threat of an embargo hangs over one of the companies. But Foss' Florian Miller said he doesn't see a settlement as a foregone conclusion. Unless Apple truly needs all of HTC's patents, it may attempt to enforce the embargo, which would greatly hurt the progress of HTC and all Android supporters.

LG Latest Mobile Phone, GD900 Sports a Glass KeyPad
LG showcased its latest mobile phone, GD900, that has a glass keypad that it fully functional and may add as a mousepad for navigation purpose. Seems that that glass piece is a multi-touch panel that supports gestures.
This GD900 is just 13.4mm thick, has a 3-inch screen and running on Windows Mobile with their S-Class UI (I am not very sure about this UI). Below is another picture showing (maybe) gestures. It will be available in Europe and Asia in May.

Aston Martin’s Solid Glass Phone
CPT02 is a concept design for a phone for Aston Martin. Designers Mobiado imagine a high end version of the everyday gadget made of glass and platinum. Besides it’s basic phone operations, it would also have a number of special features to work with an Aston Martin car.
The phone would unlock the car automatically if you simply approach the vehicle and connects to the car display and the vehicle’s GPS. This would enable connections with social network sites like Foursquare, integrated cameras within the camera can be set to periodically upload photos, videos and information of passing cities or landmarks on Facebook and Twitter.
If the phone is in your pocket, it could transmit your movement during an accident that is said to allow a more responsive control over ‘safety deployments’ like airbags and seat belt stiffening.
The luxury phone concept is made from solid crystal, featuring a see-through capacitive touchscreen with platinum sides. The purpose of this concept, Mobiado says, is to push the boundaries of invention, allowing concept ideas to be identified for future production designs.

Two Glass mobile phone Concepts
Here are two very nice looking Glass mobile phone concepts by designer Mac Funamizu. We haven’t really seen any actual glass phones from any manufacturer yet apart from the glass screens on the iphone for example, so an actual phone made of glass would be amazing.

HTC Incredible S
Incredible by name and only slightly less so by nature, this phone is HTC's entry into the underpopulated 4-inch touchscreen arena. In fact, it's among the first UK handsets to fill that niche, but more are on the horizon.
It's blessed with HTC's slick Sense UI and a high-quality screen, but is this latest mobile phone's foibles enough to warrant waiting for its incoming competitors, or the HTC Desire S?

Nokia C2-01
With the ink now dry on the contract between Nokia and Microsoft, the C2-01 is among the last of a dying breed: a Symbian OS-toting Nokia mobile. Oh, and it's sans touchscreen, too.
Yes, for one of the latest mobile phones, it's decidedly old-school. That said, it's cheap, simple and devoid of anything more fancy than a 3G connection, which will suit minimalists. But can it really hold up in market dominated by smartphones?

INQ Cloud Touch
The Facebook phone. Well, no, it isn't. Nothing is really, but it is the new mobile phone to try to take the title.
It's an Android 2.2 phone with an overlay created in conjunction with the social network. We found that it certainly felt like a budget phone – but it's supposed to, and it wears the moniker with pride.
Those looking for one of those new and fandangled 'Facebook Phones' should definitely take a good, hard look at the Cloud Touch - while technically it's nowhere near as gifted as some of the competition, the overlay and thought process gone into INQ's customisation is something we're already big fans of, and it's only going to get better.

HTC Desire S
Though the HTC Desire's technology is now being surpassed, it's aged beautifully thanks to some timely price drops. However, all things must come to an end (or at least be supplanted by something new). The HTC Desire S has arrived to take over from its predecessor in the Android race.
In many ways, it's quite similar. We'll still be looking at a 3.7-inch 480 x 800 screen, Android overlaid with HTC's Sense UI and a 1GHz processor. However, HTC hasn't totally rested on its laurels.
The design and build of the handset is excellent, save for a slight Wi-Fi cutting-out issue. The camera is good quality, producing serviceable still and HD video that would be quite good if it weren't for a small stuttering issue.
Call quality was excellent, with voices coming through crisp and clear, and it's a shame how little we get to say that about handsets these days.
The browsing experience was generally strong, with the speed that web pages load still impressing us, and Flash is taking yet more steps forward in its 10.2 guise. It was still finicky at times, but when it did work, it was fairly smooth, which is more than we could say for many Flash 10.1 single-core phones.
However, the reason the Desire has kept up with everything that's come after is because it was so far ahead in the first place. The Desire S isn't. It's a great phone, and one we would wholeheartedly recommend in a vacuum.
The HTC Desire led the revolution, but the Desire S could be just another member of the rabble.
