Alongside the dual-SIM Asha 202, Nokia has announced the decidedly more pedestrian Asha 203 phone for emerging markets. The Asha 203 packs a traditional dial pad and touchscreen display.
The Asha 203 is powered by Nokia's S40 mobile phone operating system and it
includes the Nokia Browser for easier and fast web browsing. It has a 2.4-inch, QVGA (240 x320 pixel) resistive touchscreen and comes with a 2 megapixel camera on the back.
The Asha 203 measures 114.8mm x 49.8mm x 13.85mm and weighs 90g. It 1020mAh battery is said to be good for 5 hours of talk time or 27 days of standby.
Nokia expects to launch the Asha 203 in select markets in Q2 2012 for 60 EUR before carrier subsidies.
